We are looking for a Technical Artist to work on an upcoming multiplayer game where a group of players battles across various maps using parkour, combat, and physics-based mechanics. In the future, players will be able to design their own levels and rules with an integrated editor.

 

We are developing cross-platform—targeting mobile devices, PC, and consoles.

 

Our ideal candidate enjoys working with stylized graphics, has a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the Unity engine, knows how to optimize games for different platforms, including mobile, and wants to create a beautiful, well-optimized game for millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and implement technical solutions to achieve the best balance between graphic quality and performance;
  • Adapt the project’s visuals and scale for different platforms;
  • Establish a technical framework to bring the game’s visual design to life;
  • Develop shaders (both code and Shader Graph) and create custom nodes;
  • Resolve graphical issues encountered during development;
  • Optimize existing solutions for DOTS (Data-Oriented Technology Stack);
  • Work both according to specifications and proactively suggest ideas within the set creative direction;
  • Respond to feedback from the Art Lead and Producer.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Artist in the game industry;
  • Understanding of game content development pipelines and the needs of the art team;
  • Proficiency in Unity Shader Graph;
  • Strong knowledge of Unity and its render pipelines.

Will be a plus:

  • Strong gaming background;
  • A keen eye for stylized visual aesthetics;
  • Confident in using Unity engine for asset integration, lighting setup, and understanding shaders and other core systems;
  • Capability to develop tools that simplify game content creation.
