Shadow Fight 3 is an fascinating action-RPG fighting game that immerses players in the Shadow World. They battle various enemies, enhancing their hero and utilizing a rich selection of weapons, armor, and fighting styles. The game allows players to create a unique character and explore a deep, well-developed world with a history of over 15 years.
Modern development approaches and unique internal tools, such as the Cascadeur animation engine for physically-realistic animation, have enabled Shadow Fight 3 to thrive on the market for six years and continue to actively grow. The game has gained over 200 million downloads, and its active user base continues to increase annually.
We are looking for a Monetization Game Designer.
Responsibilities:
- The main goal is to improve monetization metrics while maintaining the game’s other key performance indicators;
- Optimize existing live-ops tools, such as event systems, offers, roulettes, marathons, etc.;
- Come up with and describe new tools and features;
- Develop and implement processes for hypothesis testing and use them actively to achieve the main goal;
- Manage the live-ops plan;
- Optimize live-ops processes to reduce the time spent on routine tasks for the team;
- Collaborate with the producer and analytics team to improve monetization tools based on data insights.
What we are looking for:
- Broad gaming experience, particularly in mobile RPGs;
- A habit of playing mobile games and continuously expanding your reference base; Critical thinking;
- Experience in increasing project revenue;
- Understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, and the willingness to rely on others' expertise where your own is lacking.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with mid-core projects;
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JS / Python);
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools for product analytics.
