Shadow Fight 3 is an fascinating action-RPG fighting game that immerses players in the Shadow World. They battle various enemies, enhancing their hero and utilizing a rich selection of weapons, armor, and fighting styles. The game allows players to create a unique character and explore a deep, well-developed world with a history of over 15 years.

 

Modern development approaches and unique internal tools, such as the Cascadeur animation engine for physically-realistic animation, have enabled Shadow Fight 3 to thrive on the market for six years and continue to actively grow. The game has gained over 200 million downloads, and its active user base continues to increase annually.

 

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain a high-quality experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming player requests via the HelpShift ticketing system
  • Collecting, analyzing, and forwarding bug reports and project issues to the development team
  • Working with logs and in-game tools
  • Collaborating with QA and development teams
  • Supporting and improving the work environment and maintaining relevant documentation

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Previous experience in game development
  • Excellent communication skills: strong written Russian and English, ability to communicate with users politely and effectively
  • Gaming experience and a passion for the industry
  • Basic understanding of mobile applications and the development process
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail
  • Fluent communication in Russian

  • Familiarity with HelpShift
