We are looking for a Technical Level Designer for one of the studio’s leading projects – SPINE.

SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It’s a third-person beat’em’up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.

 

This project represents a new ambitious challenge for the company as it marks our first game for both PC and consoles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Level and Game Designers and tech teams to conceptualize and implement blueprint systems for levels and encounters, ensuring functionality within internal systems
  • Assist in level preparation, including streaming, collider markup and internal system markers but not limited to, ensuring compatibility with technical constraints and artistic requests
  • Support and enhance level functionality during content development, integrating it seamlessly into the location
  • Participate in code reviews with technical teams during blueprint development

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine
  • Proficiency in visual scripting (blueprints) at a basic level
  • Fluent communication in Russian is required

Welcomed:

  • Deep knowledge of blueprints and C++
  • Experience with sequencer and streaming
  • Experience with Perforce or Git
  • Experience in designing and implementing game levels
  • Understanding the basics of game design
