Jobs requirements
Nekki is a game development studio with over 20 years of experience. We create games for mobile, PC, and consoles, focusing on product quality and player experience.
The Shadow Fight series and Vector have been downloaded over 1 billion times, and we continue to grow and support these franchises. At the same time, we’re building new titles: SPINE, Fight Me, and Ninja Party.
We are currently looking for a Community Manager who will own the voice of SPINE across all platforms during the most critical phase of the project — the prerelease push
SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It’s a third-person beat’em’up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.
Responsibilities:
- Content production:
- Generate content ideas and formats that serve the current marketing focus of the project: narrative, combat, pre-release milestones, etc.
- Maintain the content calendar across all platforms: topics, formats, timing, and platform specific logic
- Track performance metrics across platforms, draw conclusions, and adjust the content strategy based on data
- Write scripts for short-form videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) and brief video editors to execute them
- Write scripts and outlines for long-form YouTube content: gameplay breakdowns, character deep-dives, lore explainers
- Write Developer Blogs — editorial pieces that read like real content
- Community management:
What we are looking for:
- Strong writing skills in both Russian and English
- Ability to write a video script from scratch: hook, structure, pacing, CTA
- Native understanding of short-form content — you know what works on TikTok and why
- English at C1 or above: community posts, outreach, and media communication without supervision
- Proactive and self-directed — you come with ideas, not just execution
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Discord as a community product: building engagement, running events, exclusive formats
- You play games seriously — familiarity with the action genre is a real advantage
- Understanding of Steam as a marketing platform: Wishlist mechanics, Steam page, news updates
- Experience working with influencers or gaming press
- Live streaming experience: hosting, game commentary, community sessions
