Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight ArenaShadow Fight 3Shadow Fight 2, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.


Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a Brand Manager for our new PC/Console action game, SPINE. The responsibilities for this position will include working on the project’s marketing strategy, implementing it, and ensuring that the vision for this strategy is aligned across all involved teams.


We seek someone immersed in the world of action games or movies, who can effectively represent our project using excellent communication skills.


We will provide a clear understanding of the tasks and support for professional development, including working with external experts with extensive experience in the industry and AAA projects.


Our project:


SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It’s a third-person beat’em’up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.


This project represents a new ambitious challenge for the company as it marks our first game for both PC and consoles.


    • Implementation of Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Adjustment of the existing GTM strategy in response to market conditions and project changes. This involves refining marketing pillars, brand positioning, target audience, etc.
    • Participation in developing the communication strategy to be applied across various project teams (community, PR, etc.).
    • Future involvement in the development of strategies for creatives, and collaboration with journalists and influencers, in line with the defined communication strategy.
    • Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure the best launch strategy for the game.
    • Reporting
    • Coordinating with partners regarding project marketing campaign reports, including agreements with influencers, media, sales, etc.
    • Internal Coordination
    • Ensuring the correct implementation of the GTM strategy by other project teams, maintaining its consistency across various marketing communication channels.
    • Working with External Partners
    • Engaging in the search for potential partnerships and communicating with them to secure their support in marketing and overall project promotion.


  • At least 2 years of experience in senior positions within one of the marketing teams (PR, marketing, community, influencers) on a launched project (any platform).
  • Experience in the fields of games or movies.
  • Good understanding of the action games market on PC and consoles will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
